Site and perimeter security that scales from one building to a national footprint.

A gap in physical security is a gap in your business, whatever your digital defences look like. We design and manage access control, CCTV and video monitoring for sites across the UAE and KSA.

What you get

Access control

Control who gets into your buildings and when, with a clear record of every entry.

CCTV systems

Full-site camera coverage, designed, installed and maintained by one team.

Video analytics

Flag unusual activity in real time, instead of finding it in a recording after the fact.

Video management

One system to capture, store and review footage across every site you operate.

How it works

Survey

We walk the perimeter and entrances, then agree the risks and the coverage you need.

Design and install

We fit the cameras, readers and controllers, and connect them to one platform.

Monitor and maintain

We keep the system running, replace faulty parts and report on what it records.

What Physical Security includes

01

Door controllers and readers

Readers and controllers on each controlled door, managed from one access database.

02

Cameras and cabling

Cameras chosen for each area, with the cabling and power to run them.

03

Video management software

Live view, search and storage across your sites from one screen.

04

Video analytics

Alerts on rules you set, such as a door held open or a person in a closed area.

05

System links

Links to building systems and other platforms, agreed during design.

06

Maintenance and spares

Scheduled checks, fault repair and spare parts for the equipment we install.

A typical scenario

The situation

A logistics operator runs six warehouses across the UAE and KSA. Each site has its own cameras and door controllers. Guards review footage site by site, and a lost badge stays active until every site updates its list.

What Emircom does

Emircom puts all six sites on one video platform and one access database. Cameras are replaced only where the survey finds gaps in coverage. Door controllers join the same platform, and Emircom maintains the system.

What changes

A lost badge is blocked at every site in one step. Footage from any site is searchable from one screen. Guards spend less time on manual review.

Illustrative scenario based on common customer situations. It is not a named client case study.

Questions we are asked

Can one system cover sites in both the UAE and KSA?

Yes. One video and access control platform can cover sites in both countries, with each site’s rules set during design. We agree where footage is stored and who can view it before installation, so your compliance team can review the design.

Do you reuse our existing cameras?

Often, yes. During the site survey we check each camera’s model, resolution and age, and whether it works with the new video platform. Cameras that meet the coverage need stay in service. We replace only the ones that leave gaps or cannot connect.

Who watches the footage?

That depends on the service you choose. Some customers have their own security team watch live view and respond to analytics alerts. Others ask Emircom to maintain the platform while their guards or control room monitor it. We agree who watches, who responds and who has access during design.

How does access control link to our HR system?

Access control can read joiner and leaver data from your HR or directory system. Badges are then issued and removed when roles change. The link depends on what your HR platform supports. We confirm the method, the data fields and who approves changes before any integration work starts.

What does maintenance cover?

Maintenance covers the equipment and software we install: scheduled checks, fault repair, updates and spare parts. Your agreement states response times and visit frequency, so you know what to expect. We agree the scope during design and set it out in writing.
