Enterprise-grade networking without the enterprise IT team.
PowerConnect gives you Cisco Meraki’s cloud-managed network, with Emircom handling setup, monitoring and management. Control every location from one dashboard, add new sites quickly and push security updates to all of them at once, without certified network engineers on your own staff.
What you get
Three tiers
Start for small offices and single sites, Perform for growing businesses with several locations, and Excel for larger, distributed and high-density networks.
One dashboard, every site
Manage, configure and monitor wired, wireless and security from the Meraki cloud dashboard, from anywhere.
Built-in security
Intrusion detection, secure VPN tunnels and firewall protection, with automatic security updates.
Modern and simple to install
Wi-Fi 6 and a plug-and-play design let new sites go live without specialist skills on site.
How it works
Survey and design
We review your sites, user density and applications, choose the tier for each location and design the segments and Wi-Fi coverage.
Install and onboard
Devices are pre-configured, installed and added to the dashboard, and we apply one consistent policy across every site.
Monitor and improve
Emircom monitors network health, applies updates and handles incidents and changes, with reports that show how the network is used.
PowerConnect what is included
One dashboard, every site
Switches, Wi-Fi and security appliances for every site in one Meraki dashboard. A change or a firmware update is made once and pushed everywhere.
Wi-Fi planned for the space
Access points are placed from a survey of each floor plan, then tuned for dense offices, busy outlets or warehouses.
Separate networks for separate jobs
Payment terminals, staff, guests and IoT devices sit on separate VLANs, so a guest phone or a camera never reaches a till.
Security built in
Content filtering on every tier. Perform and Excel add IDS, IPS and malware protection on the Meraki security appliance.
No single point of failure
Excel adds redundant appliances and link aggregation, so one failed device does not take the site down.
Monitored and maintained
Emircom monitors device health, handles vendor RMAs and keeps firmware current. Perform adds availability and performance reports; Excel adds SLA-based reporting.

A typical scenario
The situation
A restaurant and retail group runs 38 outlets across the UAE and KSA and opens about one a month. Each outlet has tills, staff devices and guest Wi-Fi on one flat network, set up by whichever contractor fitted the shop. Head office cannot see what runs where.
What Emircom does
Emircom deploys the same Meraki design at every outlet on the Perform tier: a security appliance, a switch and two access points. Tills, staff and guests sit on separate networks. The IT team sees every outlet in one dashboard, and Emircom handles monitoring and changes.
What changes
New outlets open with the network tested two days before handover. Guest Wi-Fi no longer touches the payment network, which simplifies the PCI DSS review. Site visits for Wi-Fi faults drop from about 15 a month to 3.
Illustrative scenario based on common customer situations. It is not a named client case study.
Questions we are asked
Which PowerConnect tier should we choose?
Start suits small offices and single sites. Perform suits growing businesses with several locations and adds VLANs for voice, guest and IoT, traffic analysis and stronger security. Excel is for larger networks that need segmentation per department, high availability and 24×7 troubleshooting.
How is PowerConnect different from PowerCampus?
PowerConnect manages Cisco Meraki networks for offices, retail and branch sites, run from the cloud dashboard. PowerCampus manages Cisco Catalyst campus networks with SD-Access segmentation, for large sites such as hospitals, universities and headquarters.
Can you take over a Meraki network we already run?
Yes. We review your dashboard configuration and licences, close the gaps against the tier design, then take over monitoring and changes. Devices past end of support are flagged for replacement in the plan.
What happens when a device fails?
Emircom sees it in monitoring, opens the vendor case and manages the replacement. On Excel, redundant appliances and link aggregation keep the site running while the part is swapped.
Do you work with our existing cabling and internet links?
Yes. Meraki switches and access points run over standard structured cabling, and the security appliance connects to your current internet service. We check cabling and power-over-Ethernet budgets during the survey.
Who looks after the network day to day?
Emircom does: installation, monitoring, firmware, incidents and changes. Your team keeps visibility through the dashboard.
