Connect your branches without the complexity.
PowerManage gives you managed SD-WAN built on Cisco Meraki. Your locations, from HQ to branch offices and remote sites, connect through one secure, cloud-managed network. We handle setup, monitoring and optimisation, so you get reliable connectivity without the usual WAN headaches. It suits organisations of any size across the UAE and KSA that need consistent performance without network staff at every location.
What you get
One cloud dashboard
The Meraki dashboard lets you configure, monitor and troubleshoot every site from anywhere, with role-based access, automated updates and analytics.
Rapid, repeatable roll-out
Zero-touch provisioning brings new sites online quickly, and the same policies apply at every location.
Security included
Layer 7 firewalls, IDS/IPS and encrypted VPN tunnels, managed centrally across all sites.
Supported around the clock
Global Care gives you 24×7 support and monitoring for branches in any time zone.
How it works
Plan
We list your sites, links and applications, then agree security policy, traffic priorities and a roll-out order.
Deploy
Appliances are provisioned in advance and connect to the dashboard when they are powered up, so little skill is needed on site.
Run
Emircom monitors every site, applies updates, and fixes issues before staff notice. You see the same dashboard we do.
PowerManage what is included
One dashboard for every site
Configure, monitor and troubleshoot every Meraki MX appliance from one dashboard. A change reaches all sites at once, with a full change log.
Zero-touch roll-out
Appliances arrive pre-configured. Someone on site plugs them in, and the branch joins the network with your policies already applied.
Two links and a backup
Each site can run two internet links plus 4G or 5G backup. Voice and video move to the healthier link automatically.
Security on every appliance
Layer 7 firewall, IDS and IPS, malware protection, content filtering and geo-blocking, set once and enforced at every site.
Auto VPN between sites
Meraki Auto VPN builds encrypted tunnels between branches and hubs by itself. No tunnel-by-tunnel configuration to maintain.
Monitored and reported
Emircom watches site health 24×7 and raises faults itself. You get monthly availability and performance reports, and reports on request.

A typical scenario
The situation
A regional facilities company has 25 small sites across the UAE and KSA: offices, service depots and showrooms. Each has a basic router and its own internet supplier. Nobody on site manages the network, and outages are reported by staff, often hours later.
What Emircom does
Emircom ships pre-configured Meraki MX appliances, and a member of staff plugs each one in. Key sites get two internet links and a 4G backup. Voice and video are prioritised, and one security policy covers every site. The NOC monitors from the dashboard and raises faults itself.
What changes
All 25 sites move in six weeks. A new depot goes live in two days instead of three weeks. Most faults are found by monitoring before staff notice, and connectivity costs fall about 30% as leased lines give way to business broadband.
Illustrative scenario based on common customer situations. It is not a named client case study.
Questions we are asked
How is PowerManage different from PowerConnect?
PowerManage connects your sites to each other and to the cloud with Meraki SD-WAN. PowerConnect manages the network inside each site: Meraki switching, Wi-Fi and security. Many customers use both, managed from the same dashboard.
When is PowerScale a better fit than PowerManage?
PowerManage suits branch networks that need internet, SaaS and site-to-site VPN, run from one cloud dashboard. PowerScale runs on Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN and suits networks with data centres, complex routing, strict segmentation or SASE needs.
What happens if an internet link fails?
Sites with two links fail over automatically, and a 4G or 5G backup keeps critical sites online. The appliance steers voice, video and SaaS to the healthier link based on loss and latency. We agree the link design for each site during planning.
Can we keep our current internet providers?
Yes. Meraki MX works over any business broadband, fibre or 4G and 5G service. You keep your contracts, and Emircom handles faults with up to two providers per site.
What do we see, and what do we receive each month?
You keep read access to the Meraki dashboard for every site. Each month you receive availability and performance reports, and you can ask for a report at any time. Changes go through Emircom change management, so each one is recorded.
Do we need network engineers at each branch?
No. Appliances configure themselves when connected, and Emircom manages the network remotely. Field support is sent for faults that need hands on site.
